No promise is made that a name, date, address, telephone number, office hour, status, or procedure is complete, current, or free from error. An online result should be checked with the office that created the underlying record.
Call the responsible agency before going to a facility, arranging transportation, posting bond, sending funds, or relying on a release time. A missing name does not prove release. A displayed projected date does not establish that release occurred. A transfer from Shelby County Jail can mean the person remains in state, federal, immigration, or another county's custody.
